
INTRODUCTION
Kenneth Wayne “Redd” Williams Jr. hails from the Atlanta metropolitan area in Georgia; one of the most prominent sports cities in the United States. In a city ripe with talent, Williams paved his way to the top as a true student of the game. Kenneth Wayne “Redd” Williams Jr. is the son of Wanda Mignon Crawford and Kenneth Wayne Williams Sr. His mother a mill worker and father a barber/ landscaper. Williams grew up with four brothers and three half-sisters. Through his own personal commitment to develop as a player and his uncanny ability to imitate the best in the game. Williams developed into a remarkably versatile, creative, and powerful force.
Williams first began to build a reputation in the Cartersville, Georgia community while attending school. After just two seasons, Williams was ranked in the state of Georgia by his sophomore year of high school. His abilities and athletic skills resulted in his being named to the Bartow, County Georgia All-County First Team during both his sophomore and junior years. Williams was named Bartow County Wrestling Tournament MVP his sophomore year of high school. Williams was a four year varsity athlete in football. He also earned state recognition being named Georgia High School Association 3A Football Defensive Player of the Year his sophomore and junior years at Woodland high school in Cartersville, Georgia. Williams’ senior year of high school, he was awarded the senior superlative among his peers for his academic success.
In the fall of 2001, Williams joined a promising up and coming Division II team with the Jacksonville State University Gamecocks. During his two seasons with the Gamecocks, Jacksonville State University won back-to-back Ohio Valley Conference Championships (2003 and 2004), set a record for victories, and made appearances in the NCAA playoffs for the first time in school history for two consecutive years in football. Already an established threat, upon arrival at Jacksonville State University, Williams immediately established himself as a key player for the university and a respected public figure in the city of Jacksonville, Alabama. His versatility and ability to quickly adapt to the system of play while incorporating his own ingenuity and flare in the classroom led to him becoming a serious threat. After Williams’ senior year of college at Jacksonville State University, he enrolled and started working for the University of Hawaii at Manoa Rainbow Warriors. William would learn about the University of Hawaii at Manoa Rainbow Warriors and sports in the Western Athletic Conference under Coach June Jones. Williams attended the 2008 Pro Bowl training camp at the Aloha stadium. The year Williams was at the Pro Bowl Adrian Peterson took home the 2008 Pro Bowl MVP and the NFC beat the AFC 42-30.
Upon returning to the States from Hawaii in 2011, Williams joined the Rose Quarter Event Services Staff in Portland, Oregon. Home of the Portland Trail Blazers, Portland Thunder and Portland Winterhawks. He got the job through Portland's downtown Labor Ready. The first year working with the company the Winterhawks won the WHL western conference championship. The second year working with the company the Winterhawks won consecutive back-to-back WHL western conference championships. In 2012, a dream came true that Williams came up with while in his dorm room in Jacksonville, Alabama on the JSU campus, the company Legacy A Convenience Experience! Legacy A Convenience Experience is a company that Williams is the founder and creator of. Legacy A Convenience Experience has won many awards. The third year working with the company the Winterhawks won another consecutive back to back to back WHL western conference championships and won the WHL 2013 championship. The fourth year working with the Rose Quarter the Winterhawks won another back-to-back to back-to-back WHL western conference championships and the team set a record for victories. In his fifth year with the company, the Portland Trail Blazers won the Northwest Division. Williams’ success would continue to go.

Currently, Kenneth Wayne “Redd'' Williams Jr. is a state employee/ representative. On September 22, 2022, I became a certified security officer for Phoenix Protective Corp. in Auburn Washington. As of 04/03/2022, I, Kenneth Williams, became an ordained minister. On September 11, 2021, I successfully completed the homebuyer’s education seminar. On August 18, 2019, I became a Certified Senior Sales Associate. On June 12, 2019, I became a Recruiter for First Student of Tacoma. On February 23, 2019, I became a Certified Sales Associate. On November 7, 2018, I joined the Lakewood Family YMCA. On October 15, 2018, I received my Commercial Driver's License from the Washington Department of Licensing. On August 28, 2018, I passed my CDL Knowledge Test to receive my CDL license. On 03/11/2016, I, Kenneth Wayne Williams Jr., was awarded Employee of the Month as an associate of Express Employment Professional in Olympia, Washington. On 04/15/2015, The Blazers’ won their 5th Northwest Division championship in which I was an employee titled as Rose Quarter Event Services Staff. On 02/23/2014, I became a member of the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center. On 11/13/2013, I became a certified P.I.C. (person in charge) at WSU Vancouver Clark College extension. From 2011-2014, The PDX Winterhawks won 4 WHL Western Conference championships while I was working as a Rose Quarter Event Services Staff. On 05/12/2013, The Portland Winterhawks win, the Rose Quarter, their 3rd WHL Championship in which I was an employee titled as Rose Quarter Event Services Staff. On 09/06/2012, I became certified in 6 fields flagging, boom lift, scissor lift, forklift, food safety and first aid adult CPR at the Work Opportunity Center of Cowlitz County. In 2012, a dream came true that I came up with while I was in my dorm room in JSU, the company Legacy A Convenience Experience! Legacy A Convenience Experience is a company that I am the founder and creator of. Legacy A Convenience Experience has won many awards. I am a registered voter in Washington State. Volunteer Work: At Berman Museum’s garden, in Anniston, Alabama, I volunteered to help in the Museum for extra credit, while attending JSU. I did volunteer work for a company named First Lap, in Honolulu, Hawaii, that brings food to families and single parents without transportation. I did volunteer work at Everett Gospel Mission homeless shelter in Everett, Washington. Jacksonville State University Achievements: My major is business administration. I was financed 75% of college education with full/part-time employment and scholarships at JSU. I performed one semester of college football for the JSU Gamecocks in the Ohio Valley Conference and four years of intramural sports, with featuring students, at the JSU campus. I tutored students in 2003 at the JSU campus. At present, I have 256 semester hours at JSU. I was a Cadet in the J.R.O.T.C. for four years while attending Jacksonville State University. Woodland High School Achievements: Graduated WHS, in Cartersville, GA, 2001 a senior superlative with a 3.8 GPA. My major was college prep. I am a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes (F.C.A.), a bible study fellowship for Christian athletes, which I started at WHS. During high school, I was a mentor counselor for Cat P.A.W.S. (Peers Aiding Woodland Students). While attending WHS, I was a four-year letterman in football at WHS in Cartersville, Georgia (1997-2001), four - time team captain for WHS football team (1997-2001), two - time state qualifier in wrestling for WHS (1998-1999), two - time All-County Selection in Bartow County, Georgia (2000-2001), two –time Georgia Sports Writers Association all-state football team (2000-2001), two - time Georgia High School Association 3A Football Defensive Player of the Year (1999-2000), Bartow County, Georgia wrestling tournament MVP (1999), ten - time Georgia High School Association wrestling tournament champion (1996-2000), became a Member of the 20 Wins by Pins Club and three - time Bartow County, Georgia high school wrestling tournament champion in the state of Georgia (1996-1999). In conclusion, I was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, in Cartersville, Georgia, Boy Scouts of America troops. I am a son and a father. I have a strong belief in God and he has blessed me.
